Fort Concho Venue Rental

  • This form is just an inquiry. This does NOT guarantee a date or venue.
  • To book a venue/date, a completed contract will need to be submitted and the deposit paid.
  • All Building Rentals are based on a 24-hour rental period (midnight to midnight).
  • All Rentals are required to have General Liability Insurance (with or without alcohol). No insurance, no event.
  • All rentals with alcohol are REQUIRED to have an SAPD Officer for security.
  • If you plan on having a caterer, the caterer must be on the city’s approved list.
  • THE DEPOSIT AND THE RENT ARE SEPARATE
  • If applicable and approved, the deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the event date.
  • Cancellations – deposit refunded only if canceled 30 days or more before the event date.
