Come celebrate the region’s rich heritage with special demostrations, exhibits, booths, living history, 1880s Base Ball, and the Lions Club Pancake Breakfast. The site’s touring buildings will also be open during the event. There is no charge for this half-day event beyond the $6.00 fee for the pancake breakfast!

Fort Concho After Dark

You may have heard the tale behind the tragic death of Edith Grierson, but do you know the story of Annetta Bishop, the Merriam family, or Convict Thomas Duncan?

Join us for a spine-tingling night tour of Fort Concho. Visit several of the fort’s buildings and listen to our guides recount the stories of people who lived and died at the site.

Who killed Captain C.A.Daver?

Modeled after the board game Clue, Murder at Fort Concho gives participants an opportunity to play detective for a night. Listen to the suspect’s alibis, search for clues, and help Miss Terri Salva solve the whodunit.

The event will run from 7:00-10:30 pm, but tickets will not be sold after 9:00 p.m. Tickets will be available in the Visitor Center at Barracks 1 in early October.

$10.00 General Admission

Armed Forces Day
May 15 @ 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Join us at Fort Concho as we pay tribute to our nation’s armed forces! The fort’s gun crew will be firing the Mountain Howitzer on the hour from 10-3. Armed Forces Day kicks-off the Blue Star Museum program, which gives active duty military members (and their families) free admission to the site.

Regulra admission fees will be in effectto tour the fort’s buildings for the general public, but there is no charge to watch the artillery demonstrations.
